Short biography
Dr Ana Paula C. Ribeiro is a researcher at the Centro de Química Estrutural (CQE) and an Invited Auxiliary Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering of Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa. She obtained her PhD in Chemistry from the Faculty of Science, University of Lisbon in December 2012, with a thesis entitled “Structural, electric and thermal properties of nanofluids with ionic liquids.” Previously, she earned an M.Sc in Physical Chemistry (Specialization in Materials) in 2007 (“Thermophysical properties of alternative refrigerants”), a first European Master in Theoretical Chemistry and Computational Modeling (University of Perugia) in 2006, a Post-Graduation Course in Physical Chemistry (Materials) in 2001, and a B.Sc in Chemistry from the Faculty of Science, University of Lisbon in 1998. She is a Member of the Royal Chemistry Society (MRSC), American Chemical Society and IUPAC, among others. Her professional identifiers include ORCID 0000-0003-4323-4328 and Researcher ID F-8341-2014.
