Short biography

Born in Florence and graduated with Honors in Law from the University of Florence, Andrea Fantappiè is a lawyer specialising in administrative law, environmental law and energy law. He is qualified to practise before the higher courts and has extensive experience in out-of-court advice, legal assistance and arbitration before the Regional Administrative Courts, the Council of State, the Higher Court of Public Waters and the Court of Auditors for public bodies and private individuals in matters relating to procurement, concessions, urban planning, the environment, waste, renewable energy, cultural heritage, expropriation and project financing. He assists private companies, public concessionaires and public administration bodies in tender procedures, includingabroad, as well as companies operating in the real estate sector, including in litigation.
He is the contact person for the working group awarded the contract by TELT S.A.S. (public promoter of the Turin-Lyon high-speed rail link) for legal consultancy services in Italian and European law.
